Delivery Minimums
Orders must be submitted 10 days prior to delivery. 7 days prior to pick up.
Delivery is from 4S041 Merrill Rd,
Sugar Grove, IL 60554.
Three 36” bin purchase for deliveries within 15 miles of our address.
Five 36” bin purchase for deliveries between 16-30 miles of our address.
Eight 36” bin purchase for deliveries between 31-45 miles of our address.
Fourteen 36” bin purchase for deliveries between 46-60 miles. Client must have a forklift available on site.
No deliveries beyond 60 miles.
Full payment due before delivery.
Delivery Rates & Pick Up
$50 fee for deliveries within 15 miles.
Delivery prices beyond 15 miles. $3.33 per loaded mile.
Free pick up available by appointment. 24” bin minimum purchase.
*Please arrive 10 minutes early. All pickups late beyond 15 minutes will be rescheduled. $60 rescheduling fee will apply.
Deposit & Payment Options
Business or cashier’s check ONLY prior to delivery. No personal checks.
40% Non-refundable deposit is due immediately to secure order. *In the event of crop failure or unforeseeable circumstances on the farm, deposits will be returned.
Credit cards accepted with a 3.75% convenience fee prior to delivery.
Cash accepted upon pick up, only.
Delivery Requirements
For delivery to occur, we will need plenty of space to unload a gooseneck trailer via the sides. One-way streets, alleyways, dead ends and heavily trafficked roads are inaccessible for our equipment. These instances occur the closer to the Chicago you are and require the purchaser to schedule pick up or outsource a delivery company. If you are unsure, we will investigate your location through google maps/street view to determine if you are accessible. If your location is inaccessible for our equipment and you need delivery, a box truck with a tommy gate and pallet jack will be necessary. We are well versed in trucking needs and are happy to assist with logistics if outsourcing delivery is an option for you.
